I’m incharged to develop Engineering labs for BS Mechanical program including Engineering Mechanics, Mechanics of Machines and Fluid Mechanics labs
I’ve taught Basic Mechanical Engineering course to Electrical Engineering students.
Attended workshop on "Selection, operation & Maintenance of Centrifugal pumps" by Engr. Yousaf barki Regional manager DP Pumps Holland at COMSATS University, Lahore campus.

Being a part of MAN | PrimeServ, inclusive leadership and hands-on training of Diesel engines & turbo-machinery field services with following responsibilities
- Execute maintenance and service assignments in workshop/power plants
- Perform hands-on off/on site overhauling of turbochargers inclusive but not limited to dismantling, cleaning and inspection, testing, repairs and assembly
- Perform low speed balancing of rigid rotors on state of the art SCHENCK CAB 920
- Ensure service activities are performed in accordance with OEM manuals, standards & defined SOPs

Mirage Rebuild factory (MRF) is responsible for maintenance of engines of operational aircrafts of PAF. Mostly processed engines are Atar 9-C turbojet, F-100 turbofan & T-56 turboprop.
During Internship I visited four wings SR, R&F, Quality and QC.
I was taught variety of Mechanical/Chemical cleaning processes that are carried out at engine arrival for cracks and damages detection. These include vapor degreasing, Carbon removal, oxidation removal, Dry/Wet blasting, steam cleaning, Ultrasonic cleaning etc.
I learned all kinds of Destructive (Rockwell, Brinell & Wicker) and Non-destructive inspection techniques (FPI, MPI, UT, RT & ET) and learned working of Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
Visit to Precision Machining Equipment Lab (PMEL) gave idea of standardization of equipment’s.
